Printed assembly instructions are included as well as hardware. All parts are provided as semi-finished and sanded planks and all parts cut to size. All hardware is provided. Printed assembly instructions show step-by-step how to complete this item. Tools needed: Hammer, electric screwdriver, and palm sander or orbital sander. Note: You can build this with a hammer and use the finishing nails provided, but it is strongly recommended that you assemble this kit with an electric screwdriver. Attach the bottom panel to the frame, which forms a box. 4. The last step is to attach and nail down the top panel to seal the pet coffin. Material Notes: We use real cedar planks (not particle board), and planks are milled and planed to a thickness of approximately 1/2 inch thickness. The planks are ”rough sanded” which means they are smooth, but not sanded to furniture grade perfection, and you may want to do additional *sanding at your preference. Because these planks are real cedar wood, the cedar planks may develop minor cupping or warping due to changes in humidity, but these planks are flexible. *Caution: When sanding cedar, wear a dust mask or bandana or scarf over mouth and nose to not inhale cedar dust.
